At GreenScale, our vision is to become Europe’s leading data centre provider for cloud and AI solutions by building and operating data centres that deliver positive impact across the grid, the energy ecosystem, communities, and the wider digital economy.
We look beyond saturated data centre hubs. By identifying new power-rich markets, engaging early with grid operators, and deploying integrated energy strategies, we accelerate access to resilient, sustainable power.
We leverage modular design and off-site manufacturing to remove friction from the build process. This accelerates delivery and brings scalable, AI-ready infrastructure online faster without compromising quality.
Chip cycles evolve quickly. We design for that reality by anticipating rising power densities and changing compute demands. By planning for refits and upgrades from day one, we ensure our data centres are ready to support next-generation AI workloads.
Our leadership team brings decades of hands-on experience developing and operating large-scale campuses to support some of the world’s most demanding digital platforms. That experience underpins our ability to deliver capacity with confidence.
We build responsibly from the earliest stage of site selection, choosing locations where our infrastructure can create shared value by strengthening local economies and contributing positively to the energy ecosystem. As we scale, we do so with intention, supporting grid stability, enabling local enterprise, and driving long-term regional growth.
Investing in renewable energy and positively contributing to the local energy grid.
Partnering with local communities, value chain, and customers for sustainable growth.
We spend time in the communities where we operate so we can listen, learn, and understand what matters most. By engaging early and responding to local priorities, we aim to deliver positive social impact, support employment, and create long-term value.

Eva and Pete recently attended Tonstad Skule to present to the students as part of our commitment to create early career opportunities.

Our team had a fantastic time at the Careers Day at Tonstad Skule, organised by 10th grade students in the career studies programme. The day aimed to give lower secondary students insight into local businesses and future career opportunities. We spoke about the growing demand for digital services, the role of data centres, and the early career pathways and long-term roles our development of Tonstad DataPark will create.
Our team have held community and business town halls to better understand the local priorities and how we can have a positive impact.

Our team have held town halls and open information sessions at the local bakery to meet with the community and answer any questions around GreenScale's development of Tonstad DataPark.
We attended Heimatt, an annual event to inform young people of the opportunities that exist locally, now and in the years ahead.

Taking part in our first “Heimatt” was something truly special for us at GreenScale. Heimatt is an annual event that’s all about creating an informal and welcoming space for young people to reconnect with their home community and learn more about the opportunities that exist locally, now and in the years ahead.
We currently operate in centres throughout Europe, with plans for further international expansion.
Located at Sirdal in West Agder County (NO2), Norway, Tonstad Campus will represent GreenScale’s most significant data centre development to date, offering customers extensive renewable energy capacity and scalable digital infrastructure.
Derry/Londonderry Campus, located at Foyle Port in Northern Ireland, has secured grid connections delivering a total capacity of 100+ MVA.
